Clegg has joined the company as Vice President, Latin America. Ms. Clegg brings more than two decades of financial crime and regulatory experience to IVIX and is an industry-recognized international expert in cryptocurrency intelligence and investigations.

Pamela Clegg is the former Chief Compliance Officer and BSA Officer at United Texas Bank, where she oversaw all aspects of compliance within the bank, including digital assets and foreign correspondent banking activity. Prior to joining United Texas Bank, Ms. Clegg served as Vice President of Crypto Investigations and Risk at Mastercard's CipherTrace, collaborating with governments, law enforcement, regulators, law firms, and financial institutions worldwide to understand and mitigate cryptocurrency risk and conduct financial investigations. Through her work with the U.S. government, Ms. Clegg has 15 years of international experience with investigations, due diligence and operations in Latin America and has also previously partnered with INTERPOL, the UN, EUROPOL, Basel Governance, ACAMS, ACFCS, and other agencies and organizations. Ms. Clegg received her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and her MBA from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
