In this session, IVIX follows the trail — unpacking how ownership gets obscured across asset classes and business structures, where enforcement breaks down, and how tax authorities can connect the dots. Through real-world examples, we show how to surface the true owners behind an entity or holding, link them to their obligations, and turn missing data into actionable cases.
